Project Management

Airzone project managers are responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from design solution through to completion.

This work requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.

The project management team is responsible for ensuring the design is accurately delivered and track the progress during the installation process to ensure that the project remains on budget and agreed project deliverables are met.

We communicate regularly to maintain effective collaboration between project stakeholders. This ensures that everyone stays on the same page and the project runs smoothly.

On completion of an installation, all systems are commissioned and extensive testing is completed to ensure all system components meet the specified project design conditions, including all regulatory codes and statutory standards.

Complementing our one-stop approach to the range of services offered, Airzone has its own sheet metal shop enabling the fabrication of much of its own HVAC ducting components.
